Achieving Your Perfect Weight – Fantasy or Truth Part 1

Like first I want to welcome and congratulate all of you for finding this article.

My name is Dali Lutz And I am Certified LifeSuccess Perfect Weight Coach, personally mentored and coached by Bob Proctor (The Secret) and Melonie Dodaro.

You know Perfect Weight sounds like the fantasy to the mind of many people. But Perfect Weight is not the fantasy. I’ll tell you what Perfect Weight is. There has nothing to do with pounds of stones of kilo’s, or how ever you might measure the weight of something.

It has to do with the image in your mind and every one of you has that picture of Perfect Weight. You see yourself in the way you want to see yourself. Not the way that the reflection is coming back from the mirror, not what you see when you stand on that scale.

You got the picture in your mind though.
I imagine that you already got all kinds of information’s about a lot of things that are necessary to be at your Perfect Weight, but you might not understand how your mind functions the way you should understand to accomplish what you want to accomplish.

But you use it all the time. You have the movies in you mind.

We all have this movies going on all the time. And sometimes we really enjoy them.

You know, you’ve often read a book and then you’ve gone to the movie that was based on a book. And you have been so disappointed in the movie. Because the movie wasn’t anywhere near as good as the one you produced in your mind when you were reading the book.

Now, if you went to saw the movie and than read the book, that’s ok. Because what you were doing, you mentally went back to the movie you saw as you read the book.

But you do it vice versa it is not the same.

You built some marvelous movies in your mind. You are casting agent, you are the producer, you are the director, and you are the executive producer. I mean, you do the whole deal!

It is your movie. And that is what life is all about. And that is what we are gonna talk about here.

When you start dealing with the mind you getting into the most powerful force in all of the Creation.

And your going to have to apply new way of thinking, eating and living to achieve your Perfect Weight.”

You see, if we wanna live in the different body we are gonna have to do something different.

I’m sure you will agree with that.

And so I say here: “A new way.”

This isn’t going to be the old way. This isn’t what you have done in the past. This is going to be a new way of thinking, eating and living to achieve your Perfect Weight.

To achieve your Perfect Weight you will also need to set things in your life in balance.

You see, you get out of the life what you put into it. And if you want your life balanced you have to put something into it. And it can’t just happened by accident. It must happened by a design.

Now a little bit about the “old way”. “

The “old way” is confronting us with a lot’s of the questions:

Why this diet works for one person and it doesn’t work for another?
And why this exercise works for one person and not for another?

Why not this things work?
Why are they always coming up with new one’s?
And why are the statistics on obesity and overweight skyrocketing, they are going right out of the sight.

And I’m sure that are the questions that you must have running around your mind, too.

 

Now let’s see where The Secret lays.

If you ask me it lays in the simple life philosophy: ”The main thing is to keep the main thing the main thing!” and that’s not a bad idea, I’m sure you’ll agree with that?

Well, than we have to ask ourselves: “What is the main thing?”.

Well, think about it for the moment. We got the one byte in the apple. Just one. We got one life. I know a lot of people talk about coming back and reincarnation.

Now there’s a cute little story about that. There’s one woman that said to the other women: “Does you husband believe in reincarnation?”

She said: “What’s that?”

Well she said: “You know, life after death.”

She says: “Well he doesn’t believe in life after supper.”

Now, so you know, a lot of people, they have different philosophies but there’s one thing we have to know:

We are here now! We are here now! We have one life!

Now, some people go through the life as if they have a contract to live forever.

You stop reading for a moment and think about it. It’s, like they don’t think at all.

They sort of go through their life like a zombie. And than it’s over. And it’s such a shame, it really is, because a life can be an absolutely fascinating experience.

I believe that everyone should be successful in every aspect of their life. And certainly in their body.

And you only get one. Well, you know you can have lung transplantation and hart transplantation but you don’t get body transplantation.

I mean, you get one. You get one life. You get one body. 

And that’s how you should live in. Treat it as a temple not an old shack.

You see, you are not a body – you live in the body. You’ve never heard anybody cal in the work and says: “The body is not coming to work today, it’s sick.” We don’t do that.

We never say Am hand or am leg. We say My hand, My leg, My body.

Well, I think it’s absolutely necessary to treat our body properly.

And to do that we have to have the understanding of how it works, it doesn’t happened by accident.

Now I would imagine that the number of you have tried the shot in all of kinds of things a number of times.

Diet pills, diet foods, FAD diets, fitness contraptions, gym memberships, books on weight loss…

One thing about the weight loss…

Do you know that your mind is programmed to find whatever you lose? Did you ever thought of that? Lose the keys to your car and you know what you do? You immediately start looking for them. Well, you lose ten or fifteen pounds and you immediately start looking for them.

And you’ll be amazed how good you get at finding it. You lose fifteen you find twenty and than you say: “I got more that I was barging for.”.

So, you know, I’ve been talking to a lots of people in my practice and most of them are all tied up in this stuff.

You see, what we are doing with all this things we are treating symptoms.

Do you know that aspirins will never cure a headache? Buferin will never cure the headache.

I want you to think about this for the moment. They will just not cure headaches.

You see, what they are doing is treating the symptom. The head is aching because there’s excess of the blood flowing to the arteries and head goes bababambababam…

And what the pills do is dullen the pain. The problem is still there. We are not treating the cause of the problems.

I will say here what I’ve been saying for a long time now: “You don’t lose weight, you release weight. You release it.”

 

You see, you body is an expression of your mind and you are gonna get the picture in your mind and your body will respond to it.

The body is an instrument of the mind. The body is almost like a dumb terminal. It will just do what the director tells it to do. See, I don’t think people wake up and say: “Let’s see, I am gonna deliberately make a mess of the day. I wanna feel bad all day.” People don’t do that. They don’t do that.

Now, some people do feel bad all day but it’s not a conscious or deliberate choice. It’s usually an error in programming. It’s unconscious choice.

Now do you know, all you have to do is make a decision. Now, there’s a problem with the decision. There are a couple of things that we are not told in school.

One , we are not told how to earn  money so we got wrong idea about money and we let our bank account control our decision making.

And then we are not taught how to make the decisions. So you see, two of the critical areas in our life we really know very little about.

I’ll quote Napoleon Hill more than once here and Hill spent his entire life studying some of the most successful people in the world and he said that without exception they all had the ability to make decision very fast, change it very slow, if they ever change them at all.

Well, if you are gonna make it happened in any area that you struggled with you are gonna have to learn to make a decision very fast. And you don’t make a decision based on what you got you make the decision based on what you want.

And it is so easy as: “Men, if this is real, I could have the body that I imagine  just by making a decision to do it.”

Now, if you get to that point right now you’re gonna see what I’m telling you here. I’m not just spinning your line, I’m gonna show you how this works.

There are three questions you wanna ask yourself.

Just ask yourself, these are very personal questions.

What am I doing?

What works?

And what doesn’t?

Do you know one of phenomena’s of life?

We can be doing things that don’t work and we keep doing them. Now, think of that! Stop reading and think about that!

We are doing things that DO NOT work! Don’t take us where we want to go! And we keep doing them!

Why do we do that?

It’s called habits! It’s called conditioning! You are in the habit of doing them!

See, when we get out of the bed in the morning we don’t stop and think: “Hm, how do I get out of bed? Oh, I put my feet on the floor…” We just automatically do it.

And there’s routine that we go through as we do it, have you ever noticed that?

And routine is automatic. We don’t think, we just do it. It’s a habit.

Like, dear reader, what foot you put in the paints first when you put your pants in the morning. What foot goes in first?

Right? Left? My right goes in first! How many put left foot in first? Isn’t that strange? I want you to think, I want you to see yourself you put your…

Tomorrow morning I want you to put your opposite foot in first. You’re gonna be struggling and you‘re gonna fall over most probably.

 

You see, you try to break a habit and this thing you live in is not used to it and funny things happened. Right down to how you’re pull your paints on.

Now, you might ask yourself: ”Why do I put this leg in first?And why does someone else put their other leg.”

Well, if you think about it long enough you’ll figure it out. You were just a little kid and your mother said: “Put your leg inhere! Your other leg!”

Why did she want you to put your other leg in? Because she puts her right leg in first.

So that’s the one that she is prepared for you to put in. That’s how it works.

Just one generation to the next.

But here is what I am gonna suggest. I’m gonna say: “Stop doing what doesn’t work.

Just say: “That’s it!” Right Now!

That are decisions, you see. And than make another decision: “I’m gonna take all the energy and effort that I’ve been putting into that that doesn’t work and I’m gonna put it in to that does work.”

So, you see, you not only cut out a bad habit. You reinforce good ones.

Is that a good idea?  It is a good idea, isn’t it? I think it’s a good idea. At least it works for me.

And we didn’t just decide on that. There’s lot of research, lot of research. Proctor’s been at it for fifty years.

And you know something, most of the people are extra’s in their own movie.

Think about that! Why would a person be the extra in their own movie?

Remember when we ware talking about movies in the mind? Well, your life is your movie. Why would anyone make somebody else a star in their movie? I wanna be the star of my movie! And I’ll bet that you want to be star in yours, don’t you?

Why do we put somebody else? Why we say she can, but I can’t? He can, but I can’t?

Well, why do we put our right leg in first? It’s habit. It’s programming. Probably our parents made somebody else a star in their movie. And our grandparents made somebody else star in their movie.

There’s only a few people that stand up and say: “This is my life. It’s the only one I’ve got and I’m going to make it a trip.”

There’s a guy who wrote a book, Nik Halik is his name, book is called “The Thrillionaire”.

He decided he wanted to go down to see the “Titanic”, he wanted to go to Antarctic, he wanted to go to the top of the mountains, he wanted to go up with the Russian “MIG”, he wanted to go to the “Space Lab”, and you know something?

He is doing it all of that!  Doing it all! It’s cost him millions of dollars! He had to earn the millions first. He is doing it all because he wants to do it.

Now what I want you to ask yourself is: “What do I really want?”

We should never settle for what we think we can have.

What do I really want?
